Questionnaire Profile and Science Learning Needs

This questionnaire is designed to identify junior high school students’ science learning profiles and learning needs. It measures three main aspects: students’ interest in learning science, their experience with project-based learning, and their initial scientific literacy skills. The instrument uses a four-point Likert scale ranging from 1 (Strongly Disagree) to 4 (Strongly Agree). The results are intended to provide an initial profile of students’ learning characteristics and scientific literacy as a basis for developing an integrated science learning model.
