This collection includes the data repositories used in “Depth variations in multi-stage hydrogen generation associated with serpentinization in the lower crust and mantle sections of the Oman Ophiolite” by Kazuki Yoshida, Atsushi Okamoto, Ryosuke Oyanagi, Masakazu Fujii, Kenta K. Yoshida, Yasuhiro Niwa, Yasuo Takeichi, and Masao Kimura.The data repository consists of six parts. Part 1 contains bulk‑rock chemical data and the mass‑balance calculation data. Due to the large data size, the 2D XANES imaging data is divided into five sections, which are provided as Parts 2–6.
