Abstract

Datasets and code associated with in-situ pumpkinseed (Lepomis gibbosus) critical thermal maximum (CTmax) field experiments across Ontario populations. Data include temperature logger data for the study lakes across two years (2023 and 2024), as well as CTmax data across two years (2023 and 2024). The attached R script contains all code for figures and analysis in the manuscript.
