Supporting Information includes a description of the flexible monopole-only charge equilibration model for easy reference; detailed expressions for the energy and forces, low-rank approximation, Jacobian matrices, and interaction matrices (including examples for three atoms) to provide as much clarity as possible on the equations and forms used. Algorithms described in pseudocode are also presented in the Supporting Information to further facilitate the implementation of the presented shadow MD for flexible multipole models.
