Abstract

Electronic states of bulk lithium were measured by hard X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (HAXPES) and XPS. The samples were measured using Cr Kα and Al Kα excitation sources at 5414.8 eV and 1486.6 eV, respectively, including survey, Li 1s, O 1s and F 1s spectra were obtained.
