Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, work bonuses, and the work environment on job satisfaction at PT. Global Jet Express Jnt Kenten Palembang. The sample in this study was 37 employees from all employees of PT. Global Jet Express Jnt Kenten Palembang. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis, processed using the computer program Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 24. The results of the study indicate that Emotional Intelligence, Work Bonuses, and Work Environment have a simultaneous influence on Job Satisfaction at PT. Global Jet Express Jnt Kenten Palembang with a significance of 0.000
