CRIAVS, une structure d’appui aux professionnels en difficulté face à une situation problématique en lien avec les auteurs de violences sexuelles

Sexual violence within institutions, particularly nursing homes, can be a source of difficulty for professionals who work with those affected on a daily basis. These events disrupt the ability of teams and institutions to analyze and respond, as they are often ill-prepared to deal with issues related to residents’ sexuality. The Resource Centers for Professionals Working with Perpetrators of Sexual Violence (CRIAVS) are structures that provide support and assistance to professionals facing difficulties in these situations, through several missions carried out at the local level according to identified needs.
