Abstract

This paper explores the shift from traditional visual instruction to kinesthetic teaching strategies in mathematics to better address diverse learning modalities. Movement-based and hands-on approaches enhance engagement, self-efficacy, and academic performance while integrating physical activity and emerging technologies. Kinesthetic learning is presented as a transformative and inclusive approach to improving mathematical understanding and achievement.
