The role of cooperation between an industrial enterprise and a school is considered as a strategic direction of career guidance activities, contributing to the formation of stable professional interests among students, increasing the social prestige of chemical-technological specialties and ensuring continuity between general, secondary vocational and higher education. Specific forms of cooperation and recommendations for chemistry teachers on organizing interaction between schools and chemical industry enterprises are given.
