Will ART be the same as cloning?
Abstract
As can be seen from the analysis of selected acts of international law and the provisions of Polish law, the ban on human cloning has been formulated in them in a more or less unambiguous way. Therefore, the question can be asked whether in the situation of progressive development of medicine, including the use of modern technologies such as assisted reproduction techniques (ART), they will be limited or even banned.
