Abstract

Generative AI poses significant data risks across its lifecycle, from potential rights infringement during data collection and opaque algorithmic processing to harmful outputs and storage vulnerabilities. Effective regulation requires robust oversight, including compliance enforcement, algorithmic transparency, and strong data security mandates. China must balance innovation with governance by enhancing laws, ethics, and user protection to ensure responsible development within a legal framework.
