Abstract

In this article, I will consider the regulations that have as their object the protection, conservation and development of natural or artificial factors of the environment. In order to penetrate the theme of this chapter, I consider it necessary to exemplify the concept of environment. For the European Union, the notion of environment is explained as the set of elements that, in the complexity of their relationships, constitute the framework, the means and the conditions of human life, those that are, or those that are not felt. In other words, the notion of environment refers, in principle, to everything that surrounds man, respectively to the artificial environment and the natural environment. Here too, the concept of environmental protection must be brought into consideration, which is closely linked to the notion of the surrounding environment. "Environmental protection aims to preserve ecological balance by avoiding pollution, in order to maintain and improve the quality of natural factors, the natural values of the country, and to ensure better living and working conditions for current and future generations in the sense of the law, ecological balance represents the relatively stable relationship created over time between different groups of plants, animals and microorganisms, as well as their interaction with the environmental conditions in which they live".
