Globally Scalable Information Medicine through the Free aimeim App: Hybrid Clinical Validation in Uruguay, Closed-Loop Personalisation and Microscopic Evidence Paths
Abstract
This study presents a scientifically verifiable model for globally scalable information medicine based on the free aimeim app and its hybrid clinical validation at the aimeim Clinic in Uruguay. The app is designed as a multilingual (100+ languages) information-based health system that supports prevention, stabilisation and regenerative processes by providing coherent, ethically structured information environments. Global dissemination is achieved through a peer-to-peer diffusion model with minimal marginal costs, while clinical measurability and personalisation are ensured through a local validation infrastructure. The clinic functions as a research and personalisation hub in which physiological, neurocognitive and biomarker-based parameters are collected and transformed into closed-loop logic: information interventions are continuously optimised based on measurable biological and behavioural responses. A distinctive feature of this architecture is the integration of high-resolution microscopic techniques, including electron scanning microscopy, to document cellular structural states and biological adaptation processes in appropriate protocols. This enables transparent tracing of information-induced effects at the microscopic level without overstating causal claims. The study defines key indicators for adoption, retention, recommendation dynamics, clinical efficacy and personalisation gains, and formulates a replicable blueprint for large-scale digital prevention and regenerative information medicine. By combining global scalability, clinical evidence generation and adaptive personalisation, the aimeim system establishes a new hybrid health architecture linking information, biology and evolution.
