La Formación de Estudiantes con Enfoque Humanista: Estrategias para la Implantación del Nuevo Modelo Educativo del TECNM en el ITGAM II
Abstract
How can pedagogical strategies support the implementation of the New Educational Model of TecNM at ITGAM II? This article presents an approach to the implementation of the New Educational Model of the National Technological Institute of Mexico (TecNM) at the Gustavo A. Madero II Technological Institute (ITGAM II). This model focuses on the training of professionals who balance technical, humanistic, and ethical competencies, while also promoting inclusion, equity, and sustainability. It emphasizes the comprehensive development of students through socio-emotional and technological skills. The research addresses the challenge of curricular adaptation to pedagogical practices for incorporating the principles of the model into professional and labor contexts. This process is grounded in a humanistic approach aimed at transforming graduates into agents of change within their communities and the global sphere. To this end, pedagogical strategies integrating methodologies such as problem-based learning, project-based learning, and the use of digital tools are proposed. Three levels of competence are highlighted—professional, occupational, and socio-technological—linked to ethics, interculturality, and social responsibility. Additionally, challenges such as the digital divide, continuous teacher training, and the assessment of interdisciplinary competencies are identified as issues that must be addressed. A systematic documentary analysis was conducted, along with a review of the current curricular framework. The expected results include generating a positive impact within the educational community through strategies that promote inclusive, transformative education aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals.
