El Nearshoring Como Factor para la Gestión de la Competitividad del Estado de Querétaro
Abstract
Nearshoring has become a key factor in boosting competitiveness in the State of Querétaro. This concept refers to the relocation of international companies to territories closer to their market of origin, with the aim of generating greater economic opportunities and reducing operational and logistical costs. The objective of this research was to examine the relationship between nearshoring as a driving factor for competitiveness management and growth, in order to identify both current and alternative scenarios in the State of Querétaro. For the development of this study, a hemerographic technique was employed, through which semantic networks were constructed and content analysis was conducted. The findings reveal an interdependent relationship in the State of Querétaro, which is currently positioned as a pole of economic development capable of attracting investment projects linked to nearshoring. This process has contributed to strengthening innovation, the incorporation of technology, and the positioning of the state within the industrial and technological sectors. Nevertheless, this dynamic also presents significant challenges, particularly in environmental matters. In conclusion, it is essential to continuously monitor governmental decisions and public policies related to the productive system shaped by nearshoring, as well as to assess their impact on the future competitiveness of the State of Querétaro.
