CONTRIBUIÇÕES DA NEUROCIÊNCIA PARA O DESENVOLVIMENTODOCENTE.

The article was entitled The contributions of neuroscience to teacher development. The research problem was to verify the relationship between neuroscience and didactics, with the general objective of correlating neuroscience and didactics in technical education, being the justification this discussion between neuroscience and didactics; and can contribute to the development and rethinking of the teacher in his pedagogical activities. The choice of the theme gained strength due to its relevance to the teachers, being the search for answers. The methodology was composed of a bibliographic and descriptive research, analyzing related texts that gave theoretical support for the writing of the theme and its object of study; The main idea was to collect data and later analyze and present results through a descriptive text. The target audience was high school and technical school teachers at a technical school. The results are that the relationship between neuroscience and didactics in technical education is direct, the lack of adequate stimulation can be harmful to the development of the brain, that it has neither the need nor the ability to process all the information that reaches it. Through attention, he can dedicate himself to important information, ignoring those that are unnecessary. The main conclusions are the contributions of neuroscience to teacher development, being a field to be unveiled under new looks and perspectives, the research problem had a brief solution, and the question was answered and the general objective achieved.
