Reflections on school management present challenges in the pursuit of quality education and the effective participation of all stakeholders in the public school system. This involves establishing clear guidelines, defining goals, and implementing strategies to achieve them, creating a well-structured and organized environment that facilitates the work of employees, promotes efficient administrative processes, and maximizes the use of available resources. The research presents a redefinition of democratic participation, the Political Pedagogical Project, collective participation, and the pursuit of quality education. Therefore, it is necessary to recognize the importance of the manager's role as a leader who enables autonomy, decentralizes power, and ensures the participation of all segments in the pursuit of quality education, where everyone is accountable for results. Motivating the team, fostering a culture of excellence, and guiding work toward institutional objectives.
