AÇÕES DE GERENCIAMENTO: A IMPORTÂNCIA DO PROFISSIONAL ENFERMEIRO

This study aims to identify, in scientific studies in the area of ​​nursing, the management actions developed by nurses and, consequently, the importance of these actions. The chosen research method was the Integrative Literature Review (IR). The following guiding question was defined for the review: What is the importance of management actions developed by nursing professionals? In this review, 12 scientific articles that addressed the guiding question were analyzed. The literature explored in this study allowed the identification of management actions developed by nurses. This identification allowed the discussion of the results to be organized into two categories, namely: Nurses' actions in the management of health services and Nurses' actions in the management of care. This study reveals the importance of the work of nurses in the management of health services. Management work based on the technical and scientific knowledge of these professionals in various areas. Management at both the organizational and care levels. Furthermore, this study is important for giving greater visibility to the nursing profession, through knowledge of its work process and consequently identifying the relevance of the profession to society in general.
