Methodological and Practical Approaches to Redesigning a Master's Program

The article discusses the results of the redesign of the module of the master's degree program "Innovation Management in the context of digital transformation of the organization", which includes the discipline "Computer technology in teaching" and pedagogical practice. This program is being implemented at St. Petersburg Polytechnic University. Based on the analysis of the requirements of the main stakeholders, a redesign model of the master's degree program was proposed, the feature of which is a combination of a project approach and the Kolb and Fry learning model. To implement the proposed approach, a standard redesign technique was developed. The project is being implemented with the support of the Potanin Foundation.
