Abstract

Sustainable Development Goal 3 (SDG 3) of the United Nations emphasizes ensuring healthy lives and promoting well-being for all ages.In today's world of rising healthcare needs and limited medical resources, the integration of technology is essential to achieve these objectives. The Internet of Things (IoT) has revolutionized healthcare by enabling intelligent systems for real-time monitoring, early diagnosis, and preventive care. This paper explores IoT-enabled healthcare solutions that employ wearable sensors and interconnected devices to track vital signs such as heart rate, blood pressure, glucose levels, and oxygen saturation. The collected data, analyzed through AI-driven models and cloud computing platforms, supports healthcare providers in identifying potential health issues early and initiating timely interventions. Moreover, IoT-based telemedicine bridges the gap between patients and doctors in remote and underserved regions, improving accessibility and reducing inequalities.By enhancing preventive healthcare, optimizing resource utilization, and improving service efficiency, IoT-driven healthcare systems contribute significantly to achieving SDG 3 and ensuring global health and well-being.
