Architectural and Urban Paradigm of Industrial Landscape Renovation in the Context of Post-War Reconstruction of Ukraine

This paper substantiates the architectural and urban paradigm for the regeneration of Ukraine's industrial landscapes based on the "Building Forward" strategy.It examines European models of postwar reconstruction (France, UK, Germany) and contemporary practices of adaptive reuse of industrial heritage.The focus is placed on the transformation of monofunctional zones into multimodal spaces integrating culture and Industry 4.0 for the sustainable development of urban communities.
