Mobile Application for Sensor-Based Monitoring and Analysis of Exercise Technique
Abstract
The paper addresses sensor-based monitoring of exercise execution technique under conditions of independent training and limited access to laboratory biomechanical systems.Physiological and biomechanical principles of movement control and modern wearable sensor technologies (IMU, sEMG, PPG, pressure sensors) are analyzed.A mobile application concept and system architecture are developed, a functional prototype is implemented, and its performance is evaluated in test scenarios.
