The Structure of Readiness for Interaction between the Investigator and the Operational Unit Employees in the Bodies of the National Police of Ukraine during the Pre-Trial Investigation of Criminal Offenses

The article analyzes the norms of Ukrainian legislation that regulate the interaction of investigative and operational units of the National Police of Ukraine and scientific views on interaction during pre-trial investigation.A structure of readiness for interaction between investigators and operational officers in the process of pre-trial investigation of criminal offenses is proposed and its structural components are described.
