In the context of fundamental and comprehensive educational reform and the rapid advancement of communication technologies, school communication has increasingly assumed a critical role in strengthening connections between educational institutions, students, parents, and the broader community. This study examines the current state of Communication models in upper secondary schools in Hanoi, identifying key achievements, limitations, and their underlying causes. On this basis, the paper proposes several managerial and communicative solutions aimed at improving and enhancing the effectiveness of school communication models in the contemporary educational context.
