In the context of judicial reform and increasingly deep international economic integration, the demand for high-quality legal human resourcesparticularly in the field of economic law-has been raised to a higher level, closely associated with the ability to apply legal knowledge in professional practice. Moot court activities are regarded as one of the modern educational methods that play a significant role in developing and enhancing practical legal skills for law students. This paper focuses on examining the role of moot court activities in improving practical legal skills for Economic Law students at Trung Vuong University. Based on the application of modern educational theories and appropriate research methods, the paper analyzes the organization of moot court activities, clarifies the values that Moot Courts bring to the training process, assesses the current situation, and proposes several orientations to further promote the effectiveness of moot court activities in Economic Law education at the university.
