Abstract
A country's soft power is considered a source of power, one of the important factors that form the overall strength for socio-economic development, contributing to bringing the country firmly into the new era. To create soft power, one of the important components is education and training. This article clarifies the concept of soft power and the role of education and training of universities in applying and enhancing Vietnam's soft power in the new era.
