Abstract
This article analyzes and evaluates legal regulations concerning households, land-using households, and groups of people sharing land use rights; identifies and points out some limitations of the 2024 Land Law. Based on this, it proposes some recommendations to improve legal regulations on this issue in order to enhance the effectiveness of the 2024 Land Law in the future.
