TRƯỜNG ĐẠI HỌC TRƯNG VƯƠNG HÀNH TRÌNH 15 NĂM XÂY DỰNG VÀ PHÁT TRIỂN

Trung Vuong University was established in 2010 under Decision No. 700/QĐ-TTg of the Prime Minister of Vietnam as a private university within the Vietnamese higher education system. Over fifteen years of formation and development (2010 2025), the University has gradually overcome initial constraints, undertaken governance restructuring, standardized academic programs, expanded its disciplinary portfolio, and strengthened linkages with enterprises. This article approaches Trung Vuong University as a case study, analyzing its developmental trajectory across different stages and elucidating the achievements and challenges encountered during the transformation of a young private higher education institution. On this basis, the study identifies key lessons learned and proposes strategic development orientations for the period 2025–2035, with a vision toward 2045. The findings contribute practical evidence to support strategic planning for private higher education institutions in the context of fundamental reform, institutional autonomy, and international integration of Vietnamese higher education.
