THE ROLE OF HEMATOLOGICAL MARKERS IN ASSESSING THE ADAPTIVE REACTIONS OF THE RAT BODY DURING EXPERIMENTAL DEHYDRATION
Abstract
The obtained results confirm that the dynamics of hematological parameters serve as an informative criterion for assessing the degree of dehydration and the severity of systemic disturbances in water-electrolyte balance. The findings of the study can be applied in the development of physiological and pharmacological approaches to the correction of hypovolemic conditions and the prevention of complications associated with acute dehydration.
