Abstract

Abstract ‘CROCOpy’ is a light-weighted toolbox for the assessment of neuronal oscillations, and multiple observables of functional connectivity (phase synchronization, amplitude coupling, and cross-frequency coupling) and critical dynamics (avalanches, long-range temporal correlations, bistability, and functional excitation-inhibition ratio). It was developed to simplify the analysis of continuous electrophysiological recordings and, in addition to metric computation, also includes methods for narrow-band filtering and statistical analysis. It is device-agnostic and supports both GPU and CPU computations. The toolbox also provides detailed tutorials.
