Abstract

Supply chain ecosystems depend upon the continuous fulfillment of commitments across multiple stakeholders, including enterprises, suppliers, logistics providers, employees, and institutional partners. However, existing approaches to supply chain management frequently emphasize transactions, activities, and outcomes while providing limited visibility into commitment continuity across time. Evidence-informed Commitment Architecture (ICA) introduces a complementary framework through which institutional commitments may be defined, structured, and continuously observed through evidence. The publication further introduces NTCC (Non-Tradable Commitment Credit) as a non-tradable commitment representation mechanism and explores the role of Dynamic Credit Intelligence as a complementary governance tool supporting commitment management. ICA is not intended to function as a governance standard, certification methodology, or software platform. Rather, it contributes to the continuing institutional dialogue concerning commitment continuity, evidence integrity, and trust within evolving supply chain ecosystems. Ultimately, this publication explores a foundational question: How should organizations understand the commitments that sustain their supply chains?
