Abstract
This article proposes that, in the context of Bangladesh.Rawls's theory of justice and Kant's moral philosophy together form a strong foundation through which participation in the struggle to secure the rights of every citizen is not merely a political or legal entitlement, but a profound moral duty. The article argues that working toward the transformation of discriminatory structures in Bangladesh is a moral responsibility of every individual, and that fulfilling this responsibility is the pathway to building a just society.
