Abstract

Purpose: This study aimed to review research trends and characteristics of nutrition and dietary education interventions for married immigrant women. Methods: A scoping review was conducted on 15 Korean studies published between 2010 and 2025, analyzing intervention content, delivery methods, and outcomes. Results: Most programs focused on improving nutrition knowledge, dietary behaviors, and health promotion. Theory-based and culturally tailored interventions showed positive effects, although evidence on long-term sustainability remains limited. Conclusion: Future interventions should adopt culturally sensitive, standardized models and apply rigorous research designs to enhance long-term effectiveness.
