Abstract

Purpose: This study aimed to analyze research trends on health, education, and policy support for multicultural families and married immigrant women in Korea and to identify key characteristics and gaps in the existing literature. Methods: A scoping review was conducted to examine domestic studies published between 2015 and 2025. Major academic databases were searched, and selected studies were analyzed in terms of research design, target population, intervention focus, and outcome measures. Results: The findings showed that most studies focused on health promotion, educational support, and social adaptation, while policy-related research was relatively limited. Although various intervention programs reported positive short-term effects, evidence on long-term sustainability and integrated support models remained insufficient. Conclusion: The results suggest the need for a more integrated approach that links health, education, and policy support. Future studies should adopt longitudinal and interdisciplinary designs to strengthen evidence for sustainable support systems for multicultural families and married immigrant women.
