Abstract

Fifty-four faculty members across the six Ifugao State University (IFSU) campuses reveal that all of the four key domains such as a) work-life balance, b) institutional efficiency, c) well-being, and d) job performance are demonstrated as high extent taking no significant differences in the domains considering their profiles but present significant relationships within the domains. On the other hand, respondent’s experiences in the domains are described negatively and positively bracing the quantitative results. Meanwhile, they have suggested that it is important to take a break, manage time, level commitment, set clear boundaries, and be resilient and positive in their dual roles. These findings led to a management plan which was handed to the university for practice and implementation in navigating faculty members with administrative and committee functions and roles while promoting institutional effectiveness and enhancing their over-all performance and individual well-being following the phases, activities, timeframes, and involving the responsible units.
