Empleabilidad y situación laboral de los graduados de la Facultad de Ciencias Empresariales - Universidad Técnica De Machala: periodo 2018-2022

This study aims to analyze the employment situation and access to jobs of graduates from the Faculty of Business Sciences. This initiative responds to the need to understand the situation of graduates upon entering the labor market and their ability to remain competitive over time. The Technical University of Machala, as a generator of professionals for the province of El Oro, must create the best opportunities for its graduates. The methodological approach used is descriptive and cross-sectional, as the analysis was conducted over a specific period and employed a quantitative approach. Information was collected through a survey conducted by the university's outreach department, addressing topics such as employment and working conditions of graduates. The sample included all data provided by the outreach department to ensure a comprehensive and representative view of the graduates' situation. The collected information was tabulated using Microsoft 2016 software. In conclusion, the study yielded relatively positive results, with 49% of graduates employed at the time of the study. There are still aspects to improve in order to guarantee employability and job stability for graduates
