Research progress on the inflammatory mechanism of the intermingled phlegm and blood stasis syndrome and its regulation via Chinese herbal medicine
Abstract
系统回顾了痰瘀互结证炎症机制与中药调控研究进展。提出炎症是贯穿痰瘀互结证重要生物学基础，并将痰瘀互结证早期（痰瘀相兼期）、中期（痰瘀互结期）和后期（痰瘀互结变化期）与以NF-κB为核心，p38 MAPK、ERK、PI3K/Akt、NLRP3炎症小体等多条通路交织形成的动态的、复杂的炎症网络关联起来，绘制痰瘀互结证炎症机制分子网络图；梳理了中药通过多靶点、多通路调控痰瘀互结证炎症网络的关键节点与作用机制，为探索痰瘀互结证的现代科学内涵提供借鉴。
