A Case Developed Brown-Séquard Syndrome Following Thoracic Endovascular Aortic Repair
Abstract
胸部ステントグラフト内挿術（以下TEVAR）の術後合併症として脊髄虚血が大きな問題となるが，脊髄の部分的虚血であるBrown-Séquard症候群の発症はまれである。今回われわれは，遠位弓部大動脈瘤に対する胸部ステントグラフト内挿術（Zone2 Debranching TEVAR）を施行し翌日にBrown-Séquard症候群を発症した症例を経験したので文献的考察を加え報告する。
