Abstract

registration practices in Ukraine reveal a series of problems in this area.Today, there is a negative trend of noncompliance with registration legislation requirements by state registrars. One of the factors determining the problems of registration practice in Ukraine is the insufficient quality of its of legal regulation. It is noted that the quality of legal regulation of state registration of property rights requires constant scientific monitoring in order to identify defects in legal regulation, eliminate them, and minimize their negative impact on property relations. In addition to European integration reasons, the analysis of the relevant legislation is also dictated by the increased corruption potential of the norms, which are often used for "registration raiding".It is argued that in the context of Ukraine's European integration, the proper quality of legal regulation of state registration of property rights should be considered not as a formal requirement for Ukrainian national legislation, but as a scientific concept for its stable development for a comprehensive mechanism for the protection of property rights. It is concluded that the principles of state registration of property rights are not only value-legal measures of the administrative procedure itself, but also of the quality of legislation in this area.Outside the scope of these principles, even with perfect legal technique, there can be no question of the quality of the relevant legislation.
