Abstract

This optimized bioreactor culture system provides a robust platform for evaluating immunotherapy efficacy within a physiologically relevant TME. It offers valuable potential for advancing personalized treatment strategies, accelerating the understanding of immunotherapy mechanisms, and improving clinical outcomes.
