Abstract

: G-PL, a novel β-glucan-based adjuvant, enables rapid construction of autologous whole-cell vaccines. This strategy enhances tumour-specific immunity and reprogrammes the tumour microenvironment, offering a universal platform for personalised cancer immunotherapy.
