Equity, Diversity, Inclusivity and Accessibility in Research Software Engineering
Abstract
In this report, we share some background on our research with members of the UK RSE community with marginalised identities, outline components and criticisms of EDIA initiatives, and offer the approaches we believe most likely to lead to improved equity in RSE specifically and in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) more broadly.
