Abstract

The number of cells on the PETG-nHA was significantly lower than that in cellular medium, suggesting that nHA may curb MCF-7 cell proliferation. A future study using scaffolds with 50wt% PETG and 50wt% nHA concentrations is currently being conducted and will further determine the effect that nHA has on proliferation of MCF-7 cells, potentially paving a way for a new therapeutic strategy for treating BCBM.
