Оценка возможности исчерпывающей экстракции мангиферина из надземной части растения-интродуцента Hedysarum alpinum L. в условиях микроволновой активации процесса
Abstract
The dependence of the yield and purity of mangiferin from the phytomass of the alpine sweetvetch Hedysarum alpinum L. (Fabaceae) introduced in the Botanical Garden of the Institute of Biology of the Komi Scientific Center on the concentration of alcohol in the extractant under conditions of microwave activation of the extraction process has been studied. It has been established that the maximum yield of mangiferin – 1.87-2.0%, is achieved at an alcohol concentration in the extractant of 10-30% or 80%, a radiation power of 800 W in the microwave chamber volume, a total duration of the extraction stages of 9 minutes and a process hydromodule equal to eight.
