Dataset: Impact of nonionic surfactants on the water activity of binary and ternary aqueous solutions

Water activity measurements for solutions containing Tween20, Triton X-100, or octly-b-D-thioglucopyranoside (OTG) and NaCl. Binary surfactant-water measurements for Tween20 and Triton X-100 span the full surfactant mass fraction range (0 - 1) and binary OTG measurements span full solubility range. Mixtures with NaCl for each surfactant in a 2:1 (NaCl:surfactant) mass ratio are provided at water mass fractions where one phase is observed. We also provide measurements holding the mass fraction of water constant while varying the mass ratio of surfactant:NaCl.
