Abstract
This is the raw datasets (both forward and reverse reads) from illumina sequencing (MiSeq) performed on isolates from each of the eight rounds of an in vitro selection experiment designed to evolve RNA enzymes that catalyze ligation with oligoribonucleotide substrates that contain 5' 2-aminophosphorimidazole groups.
