Mattingly v2.0 atmospheric river detection dataset derived from ERA5 reanalysis

The atmospheric river data were produced to study impacts of atmospheric rivers on the surface mass balance of the polar ice sheets, particularly the Greenland Ice Sheet. The code used to produce the atmospheric river dataset is publicly available in a GitHub repository: https://github.com/ksmattingly/AR_alg_v2, with static releases periodically uploaded to Zenodo: https://zenodo.org/records/11128005
