Data set for the paper: "A Monolithic Patient-Specific 3D–0D Model for In-Silico Investigation of Hemodynamics in LVAD-Supported Hearts"

This folder contains the following: 1. model_FE.* which are the tetrahedral volume mesh files for the velocity mesh. Where model_FE.X is the nodal locations, model_FE.T is the connectivity, and model_FE.B is the boundary connectivity and labels. 2. modelp_FE.* which are the tetrahedral volume mesh files for the discontinuous pressure mesh. Again, modelp_FE.X is the nodal locations, modelp_FE.T is the connectivity, and modelp_FE.B is the boundary connectivity and labels. 3. The "timevarying mesh" folder contains the nodel location of the velocity mesh for each timephase in the CT images. There was 10 cardiac phases
