Seizure recruitment properties are dependent upon dynamotype - Code and Data

The data and scripts are meant to demonstrate differences in seizure recruitment properties according to the seizure's onset bifurcation and the initial dynamical state of the potential propagation zone. The .zip file includes data and scripts to reproduce raw simulation data, examples of individual simulations, and measurements of recruitment. Scripts to visualize differences in seizure recruitment properties are also included. Figures from the study can be recreated using the data and code included in the repository. Software requirements and instructions for using the scripts can be found in the ReadMe.txt file and code comments.
