Improving efficacy and safety of CAR-T cell therapy by manipulating cytokine signaling
Abstract
キメラ抗原受容体（CAR）導入T細胞療法は造血器腫瘍に対して高い治療効果を示しているが，未だ長期的な治療効果は不十分であり，加えて固形腫瘍に対する奏効率は極めて限定的で，さらなる改良が求められている。サイトカインシグナルはCAR-T細胞の腫瘍制御能や副作用の発症に深く関与しており，このシグナルを改変することによってCAR-T細胞療法の治療効果や安全性を向上させることが数多く報告されている。本稿ではこれらの研究開発について代表的なものを紹介する。
